We hope you love your Bevy Jean purchase. Because many of our products are paper goods, art pieces, and small-batch items, we offer a limited 7-day return window.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

Include all original packaging

Be free from writing, bending, stains, tears, or other damage

Include proof of purchase or your order number
Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, written on, damaged, or removed from their original packaging
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item, as Bevy Jean Studio cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
